Mark J.
Conlin has been in practice since 1979. He has focused
on aviation law and personal injury cases. He has acted
both as lead counsel and co-counsel on numerous fixed
wing and helicopter crashes throughout his career.
Mark Conlin's
practice also emphasizes hearings before the National
Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation
Administration. He is one of the countries most
experienced attorneys having been actively trying
administrative law cases for over 35 years. He has also
represented flight crews and mechanics from float-plane
operators in Alaska to Gulfstream Jet operators in
Florida. |

| Mark Conlin has also qualified as an
expert witness and has testified on behalf of parties
concerning the interpretation of the Federal Aviation
Regulations. He has represented major airlines pilots
involved in automobile accidents. Mark Conlin has lectured to
various groups and has written articles concerning aviation.
He is active in his community, was the President of the
Friends of the Spokane Airports and has promoted aviation
safety his entire career. |
